For firmware upgradable products, always load the latest firmware; it might correct the very issue you're experiencing.

Klavis warrants its products to be free of defects in materials or workmanship, and conform to the specifications at the time of shipment for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
During that period, malfunctioning or damaged units will be repaired or replaced on a return-to-factory basis.
A copy of the invoice is needed for repairs under warranty.
This warranty does not cover problems resulting from damages during shipping, due to faulty installation, improper power supply, abusive treatment or any user-related fault or negligence.
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem so that we can find the solution most appropriate for you.
Long term support
Equipment needing repair out of the warranty period requires a written agreement before being sent to us.
Equipment sent to us without such prior agreement will not be repaired nor returned to the sender.
Charges for repair and shipment may apply.
Repair shipping
Products sent for repair under warranty or not must be adequately protected.
Products arriving broken due to improper packaging will not be repaired and the loss will not be compensated.
Common issue: my module does not power up
Several Klavis modules make use of the 5 Volt rail. If this is the case for the module of concern,please check that your supply also powers the 5V rail.
Despite being part of the Eurorack specification, this rail is not always powered.
If the 5V is missing, you can simply plug a Klavis NoDrain 5V adapter in any back-connector to supply your entire case.
